We had gotten online quotes from other numerous transport booking agents, but we found that AmeriFreight came in with the lowest quote. In many cases other agencies quoted up to $400 more than the AmeriFreight quote. Some of the others even advertised a sliding scale whereby the price could 'change with the wind' along with other added deceptions thrown into the mix. Once the transport company was found, AmeriFreight provided round the clock text, emails and phone call assistance concerning the dispatch. The transport service company found was equally helpful and also provided phone calls, text and emails in a professional manner, all resulting in a seamless safe delivery the vehicle we had purchased out of state. The driver initially said 1:30/2 PM (Pick up in the state of Georgia), and was able to come by 2:45 PM for pick-up. For delivery date (to the city of Boston), the driver estimated the next day, at around 4 pm, and the driver was able to reach the destination by 6:10 PM. Each time, the driver was able to notify me updates of the ETA, which was very, very useful (this is on the driver, though, and not on AmeriFreight). The day before the pick-up date of the car, I had called the customer care team at AmeriFreight, worried, since I hadn't gotten a call from the carrier, and they were able to sort everything out for me promptly. The carrier reached out soon after I had called the care team, and I was able to coordinate everything with the driver then. The pick-up was smooth; I took pictures, and the driver also took pictures. The driver was very professional, and I was grateful that AmeriFreight chose such a professional carrier to work with. The estimated quote was around $790, and the final price that was asked was $953. There was no other offer that came in besides that one, so I didn't have any other option, but this was a good deal for me, especially after the fact, with a very smooth delivery and no hick-ups along the way.
