Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site
In 1957, nine black teens were escorted by the soldiers to their first day of class here. The incident was seen as a crucial turning point in the Civil Rights Movement. Today, the center is still an active education center with more than 2,500 students enrolled.
Buffalo National River
The Buffalo National River flows freely and without pollution. The river, which flows through the Ozark Mountains, is a protected region and is home to deer, bobcats, and several other animals. It’s a must when coming to Arkansas and exploring the outdoors.
Arkansas Air Museum
