I dealt specifically with Carovan at Amerifreight. I had a car shipped from Eugene, Oregon to Perryville, Missouri. Amerifreight stayed in constant contact throughout the process and my car was delivered in a timely manner. Quote was reasonable and never changed. From phone call to pickup to delivery I felt I was in good hands and I was! Robyn at Amerifreight requested car haulers to transport from Mesa AZ to Bellevue WA. She vetted offers including price and then passed the best to me. I did not have to answer multiple calls or anything. I accepted what she suggested and didn’t have to pay anything up front. The driver and transport truck arrived on time, loaded car carefully, answered my call the next day to say where he was and arrived in Bellevue when he predicted. My car had no damage, everything was great. I have all ready recommended Amerifreight to a friend who also used them and thanked me. They seemed to go above and beyond with their service but I learned that is how they do business and why they have repeat customers.

Rosie was great with service. What I later came to realize and appreciate was the structure in which operate as a broker. When you get quotes from some others site, all though warranted, different companies call you all day long. With Amerifreight, the rep calls you to inform of selected that they have verified as safe, trustworthy and reliable.
