So I decided to leave and go to someone that explained how the “Matrix” works and how the vehicle is auctioned and was able to get about $300 cheaper. Everything with this other company felt incomplete compared to AmeriFreight and come day to be picked up, they never showed. They said they would come the next day and again never showed. So I went crawling back to AmeriFreight hoping they could still help me, as at that point, we were getting on a plane in about two days. They almost immediately found a carrier agree to price and I was emailed details about our agreement, pick up and even the carrier’s contact information (all things I was not given by the other company). They picked up my vehicle no problem the day promised and my vehicle arrived two days sooner than expected. They made arrangement for the truck to fit and still got it to its destination in one day. Only thing I would keep in mind( and it’s in no way the drivers fault because of stops and traffic) I would be prepared that the drivers have stops, traffic, fuel, etc and some drop offs can be after bedtime….so have a cup of coffee if the driver is still planning on dropping your car off in the evening, he or she is hustling to make everyone’s schedules… and Amerifreight did it professionally and with efficiency!Thank you, I will use you again.
