Not an easy place to ship to or from! Lecia was great, from the start to the finish. I used them both ways and everything was awesome! N... Order # 940027787-CHI would like to take the opportunity to thank Amerifreight and specifically Graham Turner for assisting me in and through the process of moving my truck from Wyoming to Colorado. Normally such a move would be not be thought much of but what is unique to my experience is that I am currently working in Kuwait and through emails and delicate phone calling through the unreliable Kuwaiti internet and the challenge of the 7 hour time difference from his office to my location managed to communicate with Mr. Turner all the details required to move my vehicle.Being so far away from home and not physically present to witness this movement I was placed in the situation of having complete and total trust that everything would be handled as described via email/phone calls. This was absolutely the case. Due to the rural location that my truck was located there was some concern of a vender being located to conduct said movement, but Amerifreight came through and a carrier was dispatched immediately and the truck was retrieved the very next day and delivered the same day safely to the Denver Metro area, a total of 12 hours from doorstep to doorstep. The total cost of this movement even with the additional insurance added to protect my vehicle still came to about half the cost of other quotes that I was receiving from other auto delivery agencies. With the addition of additional insurance and the professional service discount (Emergency Services Provider, Paramedic) the total cost came to $855.00.I feel that Amerifreight satisfied all my questions and concerns and really took into consideration the distance I was from home and so far removed from the situation took special care of the situation to soothe my anxiety of not being witness to the move.I would like to thank Graham Turner and the Amerifreight team involved with the process of moving my truck in my absence. I appreciate you and all the service commitment that you made and kept to care for my vehicle. Show more

After all I had never done it before, nor did I know anything about it. After researching different auto shipping companies online I decided on Amerifreight, and I could not be happier about my decision. The representative who handled my shipment was named Ali Miller. Ali was very honest and insightful about the entire process, but what was even better was how good Ali was with checking up and keeping me updated about the process. Throughout the entire process I was in contact with Ali, they were terrific about keeping open lines of communications. The car shipment went off without a hitch. The man who shipped the car was very friendly and even cleaned my car when it arrived. Overall I had a terrific experience with Amerifreight. I highly recommend using their services. Show more

The State of Wyoming

Wyoming is located in the Mountain West subregion of the country, bordered by the states of Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado. Food and Drink

Wyoming is full of professional chefs, brewers, and winemakers. You can also taste famous local juicy bison burgers and hand-crafted beers. Both large and small communities provide food and beverages to suit every taste!

Top Tourist Attractions

The earliest and oldest national park in the world is Yellowstone, which was created in 1872. One of the most breathtaking wilderness places on earth may be found there. Grizzly and black bears, gray wolves, elk, antelope, trumpeter swans, and magnificent bald eagles are among the plentiful wildlife that lives across the valleys.

The park also holds natural creations and elements that will blow your mind. Geysers that hiss, mud pots that bubble, and hot springs that steam reveal were formed millions of years ago and can still be seen today. You can also enjoy the view of natural Waterfalls that fall down cliffs and miles of rivers and lakes. Old Faithful, Yellowstone Lake, and Lower Falls' jaw-dropping waterfalls are a few of Yellowstone National Park's features.

This park is one of the most famous across the entire state of Wyoming. Mountains are the main attraction of the site, which are located in the northwest of the state and were created millions of years ago when the earth's crust collapsed, forming 12 peaks that rise beyond 12,000 feet. Grand Teton, the tallest of them, rises 13,770 feet above sea level.

  • Hot Springs State Park

Hot Springs State Park is the perfect place to stop for a soothing bath for all hot water lovers since it is built around the biggest single mineral hot spring in the whole globe. Bathhouses receive the steaming mineral water from Big Spring and maintain it at a consistent temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit. At the State Bath House or in the two outdoor pools, you may relax in the warm water.

Devil's Tower National Monument is a jewel of a geological formation located above the Belle Fourche River and the eastern plains of Wyoming by more than 1,200 feet. The Devils Tower Visitor Center describes the geology of this wonder of volcanic flattops and presents the history and culture of the region.

Following your visit to the monument, you may walk along the eight kilometers of nature paths surrounding the rock. You'll be astonished by the abundance of wildflowers in the spring and early summer that make it an amazing picture opportunity.

Why Wyoming Is a Strategically Located Regional Car Shipping Market

What This Means for Your Car Shipment

Wyoming’s population of more than 576,000 residents and about 256,000 households creates a smaller but steady level of vehicle relocation demand across the Rocky Mountain region. Much of this activity centers around cities such as Cheyenne, Casper, and Laramie, where government services, energy production, and university communities support ongoing relocation patterns. Because the state covers large geographic areas with relatively low population density, Wyoming car shipping often relies on regional transport corridors that connect local communities to larger Western freight routes.

Several major interstate highways help carriers move vehicles efficiently across the state. Interstate 80 runs east to west through southern Wyoming and serves as one of the primary trucking corridors connecting Utah, Nebraska, and the broader Midwest. Interstate 25 links Cheyenne with Casper and continues south toward Colorado, while Interstate 90 crosses northern Wyoming and connects the state with Montana and South Dakota. A common shipment route moves vehicles between Cheyenne and Denver along the I-25 corridor, a frequently used transport path connecting Wyoming with a major regional metro area.

Military relocations connected to F.E. Warren Air Force Base and student moves tied to the University of Wyoming contribute to consistent vehicle transport demand. In many rural parts of the state, carriers may coordinate pickup points near interstate corridors or nearby towns to maintain efficient routing across long distances.

Winter snow and high winds across Wyoming highways can occasionally influence transport scheduling.

AmeriFreight Auto Transport works with vetted, fully insured, and FMCSA-registered carriers who regularly service Wyoming routes year-round, helping provide dependable scheduling.

Demand typically increases during peak summer relocation season and year-end moves, which can influence timing and pricing.

If you are planning Wyoming car shipping, understanding these regional transport corridors helps set realistic expectations.
