The price for shipping your car will depend on factors including size, weight, and condition. But with our Best Price Guarantee, you know you’re always getting the best rates when you ship with us.
Someone should be present at delivery. You are not required to be there, however, it is strongly advised that if you are unable to be present, you have a representative present. The representative must be over the age of eighteen. Before signing the Bill of Lading, you or your representative must inspect the car and record any damage on it. Any new damage that occurred during shipping should be noted at delivery. If damage is not noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery, insurance claims will most likely be denied.
Each carrier will have a unique schedule for his route. We will bring you their plans for you to consider before committing to anything. We can also tell you typical transit times based on your zip codes. Give us a call!
Each carrier will have its own rules re: personal items’ weight limits. The typical allowance is under 100 lbs of uninsured items. These should be in the trunk, or below your window line. These items are uninsurable - so no valuables like medicine or jewelry. Make sure to secure and wrap items so they do not bounce in transit and potentially damage the interior of your vehicle.
We are a broker. Let me explain: Carriers are constantly running the roads, chasing the cities that have the biggest demand (and the most money for them)! So they could be in Chicago one week, Miami the next, etc. They do not have the capacity to plan for themselves any future loads so they cannot connect with customers on their own. Customers cannot find the drivers for the same reason - there are little to none when it comes to drivers doing dedicated routes. That is why both drivers and customers NEED brokers. We are the customer service side of this industry and will advertise your vehicle, take driver offers, and be by your side the entire way!
