Is AmeriFreight a carrier or a broker?

We are a broker. Let me explain: Carriers are constantly running the roads, chasing the cities that have the biggest demand (and the most money for them)! So they could be in Chicago one week, Miami the next, etc. They do not have the capacity to plan for themselves any future loads so they cannot connect with customers on their own. Customers cannot find the drivers for the same reasoning - there are little to none when it comes to drivers doing dedicated routes. That is why both drivers and customers NEED brokers. We are the customer service side of this industry and will advertise your vehicle, take driver offers, and be by your side the entire way!
