AmeriFreight will provide you a shipping contract, a receipt, and all of the carriers' information as well as their insurance policy (if requested). You will need to have someone at both the origin and destination point available to do a vehicle inspection with the driver. He will give you a copy of this report (a Bill of Lading) as well as a receipt of any monies given to him at the time.
