How do refunds work?
If for some reason your carrier is not able to meet your schedule, we will automatically go back and shop for you a new one! If something happens (like a tree falls on your vehicle and you no longer wish to ship), we will refund your money. Keep in mind you only pay when we bring you the carrier offer of dates and price and you decide to move forward. If you cancel while we are still advertising your vehicle, you will not be out any money since you do NOT pay before deciding on a carrier's offer.
