AmeriFreight Review Policy

I had a great experience

This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had my reservations but overall I had a great experience. My customer service agent was David Tarman and he was awesome. He explained the process clearly, was prompt in all of our communications, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. In addition to the good customer service, the shipment itself went smoothly and my vehicle arrived on schedule. I'd definitely go through this company again if I needed to ship another vehicle. Ask for David Tarman if possible, he was great!

Car Transportation Across The Country

I don’t normally write reviews however on this occasion Melissa at AmeriFreight was fantastic! She helped me out with the dates, any concerns I had regarding shipping my car from Maine to Arizona.

Extremely helpful

Shipping my car with AmeriFreight was an awesome experience! Jae Redmond was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! Will definitely use AmeriFreight again in the future if I need to have another car shipped from state to state!

Car Shipping Insurance – Do I need Gap coverage?
It is true for all car shipping companies, including AmeriFreight, that your car will be 100% covered by a carrier’s insurance while it is loaded onto a truck. Unfortunately, what most brokers will not tell you is that often times there are exclusions with insurance. In some instances, a carrier’s insurance may fail to pay for damages to your vehicle, leaving you in a situation where you must revert to your own personal vehicle insurance. Consider auto transport companies that offer gap protection through the AFta PLAN. No car shipment should be without it and every car shipper should reconsider any company that do not offer gap protection for shipping vehicles.
