Initially I had gone with another shipping company and that was quite the mistake. After 10 days of waiting my car never shipped and was told there is no ETA on a pickup and that they are “working” on it. This is when I took my business to AmeriFreight ….

Jeff Wright at AmeriFreight provided top notch customer service and responded to my questions promptly. There were some issues encountered regarding payment but Jeff cleared things right up and I was never worried one bit.

I would definitely use AmeriFreight again!

I must say I was very cautious when making my decision for a car carrier to transport my son’s truck from Nevada to Florida, but once I was in touch with AmeriFreight I was put at ease. From the minute I spoke with Jeff regarding the trip across country I was treated with the utmost professional customer service. I was referred to AmeriFreight by a friend of mine who had several classic cars transported thru AmeriFirst and he was very pleased with their service. Jeff was always prompt in returning calls and answering any questions I had. My son’s truck arrived in Florida without a scratch on it and a day earlier than scheduled. I would highly recommend AmeriFeight to anyone. Very pleased in Florida.

I had two cars to ship from NJ to Missouri and the quotes ranged from $1,300 to $2,000.

AmeriFreight offered three different pricing depending on the urgency. I chose the stand-by economy saver at the cost of $1,000 and placed order on Nov. 30 expecting delivery by Dec. 20.

On 5th day after the VAD, a manager from AmeriFreight told me to add extra $100 on top of the initial price.

As soon as we raised the bid, a carrier was secured in a couple of days.

My cars were picked up on Dec. 10 and delivered on Dec. 15 at the price of $1,100.

Nobody could have done it better than AmeriFreight.

Great service. This was the second time I have used them and I have not been disappointed. There 5 day guaranteed service essentially will start having the company pay more money to the driver the longer the car goes unpicked. Amy and Jonathan were great.

I have used Amerifreight twice now to transport a vehicle and both times the car was picked up and dropped off earlier than I had anticipated. The customer service is exceptional, the company would update me with any changes and kept me well informed throughout the entire process, making things very easy for me as a customer. Truly, the customer service is exceptional. Also, the driver was very courteous; when my car arrived, the battery seemed frozen after having coming from Michigan in the dead of winter and the driver jumped the car and made sure it was running fine. Very much appreciated!

David was great!! Very knowledgable and answered my many questions. He was extrememly helpful and accommodating. David always returned my calls in a prompt manner and kept great communication throughout the process. Even though he originally said it could take up to 14 days to transport my car from Sacramento, CA to Boston, MA, it was delivered in 7 and arrived at the perfect time. David helped meet my needs and requests of pick-up and drop off time tables. Very positive experience and I will definitely use Amerifreight the next time I need to ship my car!!

I WAS REALLY HAPPY TO HAVE PICKED THIS COMPANY TO SHIP MY ACCORD FROM NJ TO CA VIA AN ENCLOSED CARRIER. SINCE I TOOK REAL GOOD CARE OF MY ACCORD I PAID THE EXTRA MONEY TO GET IT SHIPPED ENCLOSED AND I’M HAPPY THAT I DID. THE DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY AND CALLED AHEAD TO LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN EXPECT HIM TO BE AT THE LOCATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

L Lacjamce - Minor Hiccups but the staff saved the day

The transport of my new car was a xmas present. My boyfriend negotiated the original quote and dates for me. There was a confusion when I went to do the actual booking but in the end, this was corrected for me and I was re-imbursed. The second hiccup was more with the driver. He didn’t make it in time to pick up my vehicle on schedule (i.e. before the dealership closed) due to the massive snowstorm hitting the mid-west. He offered to stay the night but the dealership was closed the next day. Once the staff found out, they promtly found an alternative, and BETTER vehicle for the car. And the driver was extremely good as he arrived 3 days earlier than quoted. Of course, that was while we were still away for xmas! He was very nice though and waited around until I got home and delivered the car flawlessly. If I ever have to do this again, I would definitely use them as a true test of customer service is how they respond when things go wrong!

My wife and I were very pleased with AmeriFreight. The driver, which I forgot his name, was very nice, upbeat and seemed very honest. We left our truck with someone we truly felt would take good care of our vehicle. He was on time and early for delivery. I would definitely recommend this company for shipping your vehicle. Amerifreight did a great job transporting my classic car. The First class option was worth the extra money to me because they picked it up right away and delivered it soon. Johnathan was helpful and they picked up my car promptly. I would definitely use Amerifreight again in the future and recommend using them to others. My car was transported by 4D Transport, LLC using a pickup truck pulling a three car open trailer.

I needed to ship a large lawn tractor with a loader and snowblower, and I needed it fast. I found Amerifreight on the internet and decided to give them a chance. When I called the agent had the answers I was looking for. He told me that my shipment would be picked up in 1 week and 4 days delivery. As luck would have it my shipment was picked up the very next day and delivered 1 day earlier than expected. I was pleased with the service Amerifreight provided me and would use them again.

Had a really good experience with Amerifreight and the team there. Good prices, communication, and service…The trucking company was also very croutious and quick. I also got to witness the load which I wanted to be sure that things went as planned because I shipped a very expensive SUV (and heavy)

i needed to get my car shipped from new mexico to new york and spent a full day online looking for reputable sources. amerifreight had one of the highest ratings so i called them and got a very reasonable quote. i did the economy package since i wasn’t in any rush to receive the car. one day after we signed the contract i got a call from chanell saying they had found a carrier for my car. the pick-up was very smooth in new mexico and then the car made it to new york in 5 days and i was pleasantly surprised when it came early. all in all, i can’t imagine a better or easier way to ship the car. i will definitely use amerifreight again if i ever need to ship another car.

I asked for the car to be delivered no earlier than June 5th as I wouldn’t be in town to pick up the car until that date. The car actually arrived June 4th and there were lots of calls between the driver and Amerifreight and myself, and we eventually got it worked out. They left the car at a lot where I could pick it up.

I was concerned about shipping my car from Denver to Dallas. It was the first time I’d shipped a vehicle and was weary about the process. Amerifreight exceeded my expectations. The process was easy. The communication was very good and the driver seemed very reliable. My car was in perfect condition and was delivered within the time promised. I also thought that the price was very reasonable and was by far the lowest quote I received from three other companies.

AmeriFreight was a blessing! I am a college student and my schedule is always crazy. When I found out that I could have my car carried to Miami for just $375 I smiled in delight. All of Amerifreight’s other competitors wanted between $500 and $700. After calling the company and placing my order I had everything arranged within two days. The car was picked up Saturday night and brought to Seaboard Marine’s port (in Miami) by Wednesday morning.

This was our first experience shipping a car and we were nervous about the entire process. Aaron at AmeriFreight explained the whole process to me. He was extremely helpful, friendly and not at all pressuring us to list with their company. We did list with them and had a very positive experience. We had contacted several companies and found AmeriFreight to be the most upfront and courteous…very patient with all our questions. AmeriFrreight told us we could contact them at any time during the shipping process, even once the car was picked up. We were very fortunate in having an early pick-up.

He did a good job of explaining how drivers choose which vehicles to include in their loads, and why the different rate plans exist. I am very satisfied with my experience with AmeriFreight. Very easy to work with. The car was picked up on time. The shipping was very fast. It took less than 3 days to ship the car from the Texas to the east coast. The price was lowest among all the quotes I received. Jonathan was very nice and helpful. He kindly arranged the pick up date very close to my move date, and saved me a lot of hassle. I will definitely use Amerifreight again.
