INSTANT CUSTOMER ORDER REBATE (COR) CONDITIONS

 

Follow these easy steps to make sure you qualify for your rebate.

  1.     Only a completed order qualify for the rebate. Completed order means from quote to order to delivery and completing a review on our services

  2.     A review has to be posted and confirmed within 5 days after delivery.

  3.     A review has to be based on the services of AmeriFreight only. If you were unhappy with the services of the carrier, please post a separate review on the carrier please click here to post a review on them

  4.     If you are not totally satisfied with our services please contact our office before you post your review. When doing a review and you enter anything less than excellent for the last question, we will receive a less than 5 star review. We strive for a 100% Excellent rating overall. If you posted a review with less than 5 stars and did not contact us to give us the opportunity to address your concerns your review will not be considered for the rebate. If you contacted us and still post a  less than excellent review, you will qualify for the rebate.  A 5 Star Excellent review automatically qualifies for the rebate.

  5.     Once your order is complete your paypal or credit card account will be credited within one business day after the review has been posted. If you prefer payment by check, you need to inform the office. Checks will be mailed within 30 days of the review posting.

    Please note, we do not pay our customers to do a review but the review forms part of your order process with AmeriFreight. However, If you choose not to do a review, please contact our office to request waiving the review condition and still receive a credit your account.
