U will get a full refund if we cannot pick up your vehicle as promised

If a carrier fails to pick up your vehicle as promised, you can cancel your order with us and

we will give you a full refund on your deposit and any additional moneys paid. Or if you want us to continue with your order we will add $50.00 to your order to ship your vehicle. 

Please note, our rates are extremely competitive. The guarantee is only valid if we fail to assign your order to a carrier for pickup within the promised time.  Once a carrier is assigned and you decide to cancel, your order is subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee that will be taken from your deposit. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded in full. If we cannot ship a vehicle at the time promised, you are welcome to cancel the order or with no obligation or upgrade to the priority service rate for expedited pickup.
